1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using oneisolve and our API services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Non-Legal Advice & Independent Directory Notice

The information, calculators, checklists, and statutory analyses provided on oneisolve are for general educational, self-preparation, and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or formal immigration advice.

No Attorney-Client Relationship: Use of this website, including submitting inquiries through our partner directory forms, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and oneisolve. oneisolve is a technology platform and information directory, not a law firm or legal representation entity.

Independent Partner Law Firms: When you submit an inquiry to connect with local legal specialists, your inquiry parameters are routed to independent, third-party licensed law firms or relocation practitioners. Any legal advice, retainers, or representation agreements are strictly and independently contracted between you and the respective third-party firm. oneisolve does not supervise, control, or guarantee the legal services provided by third-party partners.

3. API Usage and SLA

Our API is provided on a subscription or pay-as-you-go basis as outlined on our pricing page. We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for Production and Enterprise tiers. Rate limits apply based on your subscription tier, and attempts to circumvent these limits may result in account termination. API data is provided "as is" without warranties of absolute accuracy.

4. Billing, Digital Products & Subscriptions

Payments for digital packages (Premium Prep Bundle) and Machine-to-Machine API subscriptions are securely processed by our global Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. By completing an order, you agree to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and authorize Dodo Payments to process the applicable one-time or recurring charge. API subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via the customer billing link included in your payment confirmation email.

5. Digital Goods and Intellectual Property

Digital downloads—including Excel (.CSV) calculation worksheets, Word (.DOCX) templates, JSON datasets, and digital checklist packages—are licensed for single-user, non-commercial self-preparation or internal company preparation use. Resale, public redistribution, or unauthorized repackaging of our compiled datasets and legal templates is strictly prohibited.

6. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Disclosure

Our service may contain affiliate links and references to third-party services (such as international health insurance or consular housing partners). We may receive a referral commission for qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. We assume no liability for the practices, terms, or services provided by external third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The services and all content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. oneisolve does not warrant that visa criteria will remain unchanged or that any visa application will be approved by consular authorities. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oneisolve and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
